This section is designed to help you visualize what the built environment will resemble once high-density, medium-density or low-density projects are completed.

    Sites Under Consideration are copies of documents, descriptions, and pictures of sites proposed in the first round draft housing inventory with enhancements. Also included are sites which were originally proposed but later removed.
    Design Renderings is a feature where simplified versions of the proposed units are superimposed on the sites seen in the last section with only their presently existing structures. This provides a sense of the massing of the buildings.
    Examples of Existing Housing is a collection of pictures of affordable housing developments throughout Marin Country. Their densities are calculated and included.
